My Trainer starts your customized program with a $60 (1hr) initial consultation. Using the information you provide
about your lifestyle & diet, your Personal Trainer will develop an exercise and nutrition plan designed specifically
for you. When you arrive, please be ready to work out (if time permits) since we'll measure you and ask you to perform
some easy, basic evaluation exercises.
Our flexible pricing allows you to choose a workout plan that fits your schedule and budget. We don't require any setup
fees or contracts. You simply buy session time with a trainer as you like. This time is uninterrupted, fully dedicated to
you. A certified personal trainer is with you for each session and will teach you proper form and technique. One of our
goals is to make exercise fun.
The more sessions you purchase the more you save. Take advantage of our Midday Rates: $45/hr Mon-Fri 11am til 1pm!
