Studio Quick Facts: no long-term contracts. Uninterrupted, fully dedicated one-on-one personal training session time. Private, separate rooms. We specialize in cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and nutritional guidance. Available hours are: 8 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. Monday-Friday and 8 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday Hour, half-hour, and shared sessions are available. Gift certificates are also available.
