With holiday parties, Christmas celebrations, and the New Years around the corner - Just remember these events are only one day…Not seven days a week
It’s all about balance with living a healthy lifestyle.
So, my advice is to not be so scared to eat an off meal, but make it reasonable!
What I personally do is, try to keep my body and health in mind. Are these ingredients good for me? How will I feel after eating them?
Remember to nourish yourself with healthy foods, healthy drinks, and most of all - hydrate all day every day!
