Master Level Trainer

My name is Lou Tirado. I’ve been a trainer for over 15 years. I received a degree in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University, where I also wrestled in Division 1 for a short time.


The focus of my training is based on injury prevention, with emphasis on mental wellness, as well. I have worked with all ages from youth camps and softball teams to individuals that are well advanced in their years.
