Establishing a Routine

First, get consistent. Don’t let this social media platform confuse you with a bunch of “you should do this you should do that.” If you aren’t consistent in whatever you’re doing, then you need to get that down, first 🤞🏻

I’ll even have clients focus on only walking at first so they can put all their energy into their diet and focus on the routine of doing SOMETHING.


Then, you start picking apart your routine.


If you’re not consistent and coming from a place of not doing anything to begin with, why would you hyper fixate on what movement variations you’re doing 🥲
